  • Location: Yi Sport Taekwondo 800 23rd Ave. South, Seattle, WA  98144
  • Session 1: 9:00-12:00 all White, Yellow, Green, and Blue betls.  Poomsae: Taeguk 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
  • Session 2: 1:00-4:00 all Blue, Red, and Black belts.  Poomsae: Taeguk 5, 6, 7, 8, Koryo and Keumgang

You can attend both session or just one of the two.  One session is $20  or $35 for both.  Bring snacks, water, and note-taking material.  Camp Content:

  1. Learn WTF Poomsae Standards
  2. Proper warm up and cool down teachniques
  3. Pairs and team challenge
  4. Ring procedures
  5. Fun!!!

All Grassroot and World Class Athletes, and Coach participants must register online.
No registration at the door.

Volunteers may also register online – A list of areas to volunteer will be posted on this website.

Notes to Remember:  ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE USAT MEMBERS

  • • Athletes must qualify at State or Regional Qualifier to compete at Junior or Senior Nationals in any World Class Division.  (Juniors) must also compete in the same division they qualified for at State/Regiopnal Qualifier.  If their competition weight changes, they must compete in the new weight class in the Grassroot Division at nationals without the prospect of advancing to World Class.
  • • Athletes who place 1st in the Grassroots division at Junior/Senior Nationals WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE in the World Class Division as in previous years.
  • • Coaches must be certified AC Level to coach athletes at a State Qualifier/Championship in any division.  This Certification is done ONLINE at www.USA-Taekowndo.com
  • • Coaches must be Level 1 certified, or higher, to coach at Regional Qualifiers, Junior/Senior Nationals in any World Class Division.
  • • Referees must be USAT Certified to officiate in any USAT Sponsored event (State or Regional Qualifier, Junior/Senior Nationals).  Participation credit (for Referee advancement) will be given to any Referees who works the entire event

New WTF Standards and Scoring Criteria

International Poomse Referee, Vivian Serbin, will provide insight and technical guidance in the application of all new WTF Poomse standards and scoring criteria for hopeful athletes at National Poomse Team Trials.

This Seminar will be held on
Saturday, November 22nd from 10am to 3pm.

Location: 720 – 25th Ave, Seattle (Corner of E. Cherry Ave and 25th Ave)

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes early for check-in.
