WATKD-Association Sparring Team

Mission: To provide an inclusive environment to all Washington State Tae Kwon Do athletes looking for access to World Class sparring training with the goal of increasing knowledge base, participation, and skill level in Washington State.

 (Any and all Washington State Coaches that want to make a positive contribution of knowledge to the WATKD Sparring Team are welcome and encouraged to participate)

Cost: Donation to the WATKD

Times:

 11 Year olds and under all belt levels: 9AM-11AM

12 and Over, Blue Belt level and above: 12PM-4PM

Mandatory Equipment:  Head Gear, Hogu, Mouthpiece, Arm Guards, Shin Guards, Elbow pads, Knee Pads, Foot Guards, Groin Protector (Males) towel, water, jump rope, Medicine ball equal to 10% of body weight.

Who may participate:  All Washington State USAT registered Tae Kwon Do Athletes and Coaches.
