WA State Poomsae Development Camp

It’s a month away!  Make June 13th Poomsae day with the National Poomsae Coach and members of the National team.
 
WA State Poomsae Development Camp
WTF Poomsae development at the grassroots level.  Color belts and black belts of all ages welcome.  Come train with the US Poomsae Team Coach, Coach Bob Maves, and US Team members.  Bring a snack, water, and writing pad.  Come to one session for $20, or come to both for $35. No Pre-Registration

Session 1:9-12pm White, yellow, green and blue belts:  Taeguk 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Session 2:1-4pm Blue, Red and Black belts:  Taeguk 5, 6, ,7, 8, Koryo, and Keumgang

Learn WTF poomsae standards
Proper warm up and cool down techniques
Pairs and team challenges
Ring Procedure
Fun!!!
