Washington State Poomsae Developement Camp

WTF Poomsae developement at the grassroots level.  Color and black belts of all ages welcome.  Come learn with the National Poomsae head coach, Coach Bob Maves, and current USA Poomsae Team members.  No pre-registration is necessary.  Just come 30minutes early and sign up!  Poomsae Camp Application

• Date:  June 13, 2009 — Saturday
• Location: Yi Sport Taekwondo 800 23rd Ave. South, Seattle, WA  98144
• Session 1: 9:00-12:00 all White, Yellow, Green, and Blue betls.  Poomsae: Taeguk 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
• Session 2: 1:00-4:00 all Blue, Red, and Black belts.  Poomsae: Taeguk 5, 6, 7, 8, Koryo and Keumgang

You can attend both session or just one of the two.  One session is $20  or $35 for both.  Bring snacks, water, and note-taking material.  Camp Content:

1. Learn WTF Poomsae Standards
2. Proper warm up and cool down teachniques
3. Pairs and team challenge
4. Ring procedures
5. Fun!!!
